Shipping Policy
What we ship
We ship skincare and retail products purchased through our online store. All medical services and treatments, including Botox, filler, laser services, and surgery, are performed in-clinic and are not eligible for shipping.
Processing times
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Standard processing time is 1 to 3 business days. During promotions or new launches, processing may take longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Shipping methods and rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and total order weight. Available carriers and speeds will appear after you enter your shipping address. Expedited options may be offered at an additional cost.
Estimated transit times after your order ships
• Standard: typically 3 to 7 business days within the U.S.
• Expedited: typically 2 to 3 business days
• Overnight: typically 1 business day to most major metro areas
Transit timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, and high-volume periods can affect delivery.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS for most items. Some items and carriers may require a physical address. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Temperature-sensitive items
Some skincare items may be heat-sensitive. When needed, we pack with protective materials. Please retrieve your package promptly upon delivery. We are not responsible for product damage due to prolonged exposure after delivery.
Order accuracy and address changes
Please review your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update an address, contact us immediately. We can assist if the order has not yet shipped.
Split shipments
If an order contains multiple items with different availability, we may ship items separately to avoid delays. You will receive tracking for each shipment when applicable.
Out-of-stock or backordered items
If an item is unavailable after you place an order, we will email you with options. You can choose to wait, replace the item, or receive a refund for the unavailable product.
Tracking your order
Tracking information is emailed when your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update.
Lost, delayed, or stolen packages
Once a package is scanned as delivered to the address provided, ownership transfers to the customer. If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, check with household members, neighbors, and your building office, then contact the carrier. We are happy to help open an inquiry with the carrier. Carrier investigations typically take 7 to 10 business days.
Damaged or incorrect items
Inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 3 business days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the outer box, packing materials, and product. We will make it right according to our Returns and Exchanges policy.
Services are not shippable
All clinical services and treatments require an in-person appointment at Hall Plastic Surgery & Medspa. Any service purchased online will be fulfilled in-clinic only by a licensed provider.
Taxes and fees
Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped. We aren't responsible for shipping fee's on returned products.
Order changes and cancellations
To request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We can accommodate requests if the order has not yet entered fulfillment.
