What to expect
- Visit length: 30–45 minutes

Downtime
- Low. Temporary redness or sensitivity can occur.
Aftercare
- Day 0: keep skin cool. Avoid sauna, hot yoga, and strenuous exercise.
- Cleanse gently the night of treatment and for 24–48 hours.
- Hydrate: bland moisturizer or hyaluronic serum. Skip actives (retinoids, AHA/BHA, scrubs) for 48–72 hours unless your provider advises otherwise.
- Sun protection: SPF 30+ daily. Reapply if outdoors.
- Makeup: usually fine the next day if skin feels comfortable.
